CTPLD Re-Organisation:

We have learnt that CTPLD is to be reorganised and this information has only recently been advised to us. Essentially it means that the first point of contact will be a Customer Advisor. If more assistance is needed a customer will be allocated a Customer Co-Ordinator who will become the key contact. Should specialist services be required, Social Workers, Nurses, Psychologists and Occupational Therapists will be consulted.

The new methods of working is known as the Focus Project and will start in South Wiltshire on 16th October 2009.
