Focus Customer Care Service: 

The new enquiry service in Wiltshire has had a lot of teething troubles in South Wiltshire, but Rhonda Ward, Head of Learning Disability Services in the County tells us that the problems will hopefully be resolved with the opening of a new hub at Bourne Hill in late summer. Rhonda has offered us an opportunity to visit Bourne Hill in the autumn – we will keep you to that Rhonda!
