Is there something that you have done or achieved that you want everyone to know about?

 

Is your organisation doing something you want to boast about?

 

Now you have a chance to put it on the World Wide Web!

 

A brand new project has been started with the help of money from the Learning Disability Development Fund. We are going to produce a news programme on the World Wide Web, made for and by people with Learning Disabilities.

 

Our new partner in this is Sarum Media, who have a television studio at Old Sarum Airfield.  We will be working with them to produce news stories about the things all our people are doing and enjoying. South Wilts Mencap has bought a good video camera so we can film the stories.

 

The very first meeting to decide what stories we want to tell will be at Sarum Centre Conference Rooms on Friday March 12th at 10 am. Anybody or any organisation who wants to share a story will be very welcome there to contribute their ideas. So Tigers, Elizabeth House, Shaw Trust, the Music Group, Breakaway – and anyone else – do come to see what it is all about.
