News from SalisburyTigers:

Dave Wilcock tells us that he would rather be manager of the Tigers than Arsenal (even though he has Arsenal supporters in the team - Ed) at the moment! He reports that “As we come up to the end of the season and following our fantastic late run of form we find ourselves in the regional finals at Street on 10th May. After that we are looking forward to the Salisbury City Football Club awards night at the Guildhall on 30th May (best guess times 6-10) when awards will be presented for best Manager/Player, Most Improved Player, Clubman of the Year and the Players Player.”

Following this the Tigers Club AGM is at 5pm on Wednesday 3rd June 2009 at Wetherspoons, Fisherton Street followed by our end of season social gathering 6pm till 8ish. Then on Sunday 7th June we are off to Swindon for the para challenge ! On the 11th July Tigers will be taking part in a celebration of the 50 years of SW Wilts Mencap at Hudsons Field. Then there is a break before training resumes on September 9th 4- 6 pm at Five Rivers Leisure Centre.
