Salisbury Tigers:

The Salisbury Tigers football club have had a great season, the two teams travelling to many league matches, winning many, losing and drawing some. This year marks on important turning point in the life of the Club: Dave Wilcock, who founded Tigers and has given the Club very many years of fantastic support has decided to retire at a point where the members are taking over responsibility for running the Club themselves.

One of the great features of Tigers is the way in which it has enriched the lives of members socially as well as through sport and Dave leaves the Club in great heart. The editor wants to say a big thank you to James Keevil for keeping us all up to date regularly with news of the fixtures, triumphs and tragedies.

There is to be a presentation evening at Salisbury City Football Club on July 7th, which will provide an occasion to say thank you and goodbye to Dave, without whom Tigers would not exist.
