South Wilts Mencap makes grants both to help individual people with learning disabilities and those organisations that support people with learning disabilities locally.
The trustees are concerned to support individuals and new initiatives, but not to use charitable funds to provide services that are the responsibility of statutory authorities.
A list of recent grants can be seen in the Mencap shop and in the society’s Annual Report.
Applications for grants should be made on the simple form that is available from the South Wilts Mencap Shop in Catherine Street or email by
