Salisbury Fit Club:

The Fit Club is a sports and recreation group for adults aged 16+ with a learning and/or physical disability, enabling individuals to attain basic sports skills.

The group meets on Tuesday evenings,6.30pm - 8.00pm at St.Edmund's School and Sports College in Laverstock. Activities include badminton, short tennis, kwik cricket, volleyball, aerobics, skill development, team games, target activities and parachute games.

Sessions are led by experienced staff, with the main aims being to develop co-ordination and movement skills, whilst also improving flexibility, fitness, mobility and social interaction.

The Fit Club can cater for 16 participants, but places must be booked on a termly basis.
