PALS:
The Patients Advice and Liaison Service is a NHS service for patients, carers, friends and families offering on the spot help and advice.
PALS will
• Listen and provide information and support
• Negotiate speedy resolution of problems
• Liaise with staff and other care organisations
• Explain how to make a formal complaint
• Respect what you say and use information in confidence.
