WEST: Wiltshire Supported Employment:

Team West is a service provided by Wiltshire County Council which aims to support you in finding and sustaining paid employment with local employers. What we do is:

• Help you to decide what type of work would suit your skills and experience
• Help you to explore and gain experience and skills to prepare for work
• Work with you to prepare a CV, make applications and support you at interview
• Identify the skills you have
• Should a job be found your job coach will support you to start work and become independent in your job
• Then keep in contact with you and your employer to review how things are going
