WWT Wellbeing Programme

The Wiltshire Wildlife Trust’s Wellbeing programme is designed to support mental and emotional wellbeing through nature. 

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust has run the Wellbeing Programme in partnership with Wiltshire Council and NHS since 2008. The programme acts as a stepping stone to recovery and has helped many people. The programme uses outdoor activity in nature as a therapeutic measure to support mental health recovery.

Christmas Fun Day for 15 to 25 year olds

christmas-fun-daySouth Wilts Mencap have organised an afternoon of festive fun on Thursday 22 December from 1pm to 4pm at Stratford Road Social Club, Salisbury. 

This Fun Day includes festive Zumba, art and music with Adam, chatting about what Christmas means to us and of course a snack.

Booking is essential. All you need to do is download the booking form, complete the details and send to the Mencap Shop in Salisbury with payment enclosed.
