The Wiltshire Wildlife Trust’s Wellbeing programme is designed to support mental and emotional wellbeing through nature.
Wiltshire Wildlife Trust has run the Wellbeing Programme in partnership with Wiltshire Council and NHS since 2008. The programme acts as a stepping stone to recovery and has helped many people. The programme uses outdoor activity in nature as a therapeutic measure to support mental health recovery.
