About Dolphins Swimming Group

The Dolphins Swimming Group offers accessible, inclusive swimming sessions for people with disabilities and additional needs, along with their families, carers, and friends.

These friendly, supervised sessions take place in the main pool with two qualified lifeguards present. They provide a safe and relaxed environment where everyone can enjoy the benefits of swimming.

Please Note:

If a participant requires help getting in or out of the water, they must be accompanied by someone who can provide that assistance and is a competent swimmer.

Dolphins sessions run on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at the Five Rivers Health & Wellbeing Centre, Hulse Road, Salisbury, SP1 3NR.

All sessions take place in the main pool, with two qualified lifeguards on duty to ensure safety.

  • Members – £3
  • Non-members – £5
  • Carers, family members, and guardians – Free

Payment is made on arrival at the session — no advance booking needed.

No, you don’t need to book ahead — just come along on the day!

If it’s your first time, we recommend using the contact form below or emailing Pip or Sarah so we can make sure you have everything you need for a smooth first visit.

Bring your swimwear, towel, and any floatation or support aids you normally use in the water.

If you need help getting in or out of the pool, please come with a carer or family member who can assist you and is a competent swimmer.
