Judith is our trustee who (with two others) has oversight of the SW Mencap shop. The shop has several hands-on managers who keep the shop performing at its best. The shop is staffed entirely by volunteers, and is responsible for producing most of the charity’s funding.

Before she became a trustee of the charity Judith was a partner at the law firm Wilsons Solicitors in Salisbury for over 30 years. Towards the end of her career, in 2017, she decided it was time to do something worthwhile and when SW Mencap asked if she would join them she felt they were very much the right answer. She lives with her family near Devizes.
