Tribute to Pauline Osgood long serving volunteer for SWM shop

It is with great sadness that we announce that Pauline Osgood died at home on Friday 2nd January. I (Angela Scott) have worked with her since 2007 but she was in the Shop for many years before that with her sister Yvonne and her mother Peggy. The three of them worked behind the counter every Wednesday morning. Since the passing of Yvonne and Peggy, Pauline continued to work on Monday and Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoon with Jamie, Chloe, Joe and Carol. Her smile and vivaciousness were infectious and all the customers loved her. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always willing to help the customers find what they wanted. 

It had become impossible for her to carry on in the Shop due to her ill health. I last saw her in hospital in early December before she went home and she faced her final illness with great courage.
